Im 27, life time natty, weigh about 205. I’ve benched 405 a few times and these are the Best wrist wraps I’ve used think I’ll break that pr. Beats rogues by a mile. Same with the belt. First pair of knee sleeves, feels like cheating. Actually feels like I could squat an extra 40 pounds. Wrist straps are nothing crazy but to be honest would be pissed if they were too fancy.
