These straps work great! Quality is great. I have some nerve damage from a car accident I was in. The nerve damage would not allow me to lift heavy on exercises like dead lifts or really any pulling action. I was unable to maintain a grip with the affected hand while pulling. With the straps I have been able to increase the weight with no shooting pain or any other discomfort. I would highly recommend
