Great belt, bought it as an early christmas gift to myself and the been great. It's perfect for dips (obviously) but I use it to anchor myself down when doing things like tricep push downs because i'm pushing down close to my body weight.

This belt works well for up to 90lbs. After that it has a tendency to jump a link. Mine did so and grabbed some skin in a very uncomfortable place as I stepped onto the dip platform. Maybe I'm using it wrong. I loop the chain across the waist first then hang the weights. Well made product, but it could really use a larger and stiffer piece of fabric to protect the area where the chain can move.

However, we sincerely apologize about the chain jumping links at higher weights and especially about it grabbing skin. That's definitely not the safe and reliable experience we want for our customers when they're pushing heavier weights, and we completely understand how concerning that must have been.
