This is overall a really good belt (it's my first one). I'm a size Small, and my only complaint is the textured safety buckle makes it hard to cinch the belt tight enough at a smaller waist size. So I've been just using the roller bar and not the textured safety one. However, the belt is otherwise super nice, and it feels very supportive. I was immediately able to add 25lbs to my max deadlift for a new PB.
