I bought a power rack a few weeks ago and have been getting back in into lifting after a few years off. But, I can’t do pull-ups anymore, so training my vertical pulls have been tricky. These bands fixed that issue. I can finally train pull-ups again. I’ve been using them at 2-3 times a week for a few weeks they’ve held up really well.
