Never have used wrist wraps before. Takes a couple of times to learn how to put them on (watch the Gymreapers video on You Tube). Definitely makes a difference while bench pressing. These will be part of my pressing days for sure.

Man this straps have helped a lot, I’ve never really had firm wrists and every time I went for heavier weight my wrists would shake up and with these straps they actually don’t allow my wrist to move and they stay firmly allowing me to lift without worrying about my wrists shaking.
