I have used the belt a couple times since it arrived and I am highly impressed. The setup was a little funky trying to hold the lever in place and screw it in. Maybe I am just lacking some coordination. Ha. Belt feels secure through all ranges of movement. I have used the belt on movements such as barbell back squats and barbell RDLs. Highly recommend.

I do enjoy this belt, i wish the lever was more adjustable but it’s still good. Also the belt hurts but i’m sure it’s because i haven’t broken it in yet, too early to tell.
