Grip should never be a limiting factor (the reason you have to stop) in any movement if you want the most amount of progress! These are so helpful because they fit around pretty much anything, you'd use them for, and completely rage grip out of the equation plus they're a lot more affordable than versa grips. If you want something high quality that will help you make gym progress and your grip always fails during back exercises deadlifts or other pull exercises, what are you doing buy these already! While doing shrugs, It feels like the bar is not going to stay in the grip so I my grip is just as tight as when I’m not using them.
