So my girlfriend and I each got a set of these lifting hooks. I was a bit skeptical at first but once I embraced them and tried them on my pull day, forget about it. These things are as advertised. Highly recommend.
The fit was a little smiling over long sleeves but with no sleeves, it was ideal.

Hey I was wondering if there is a set of lifting hooks that are turned for pushing motions like bench. The reason I ask is my nephew is a injured wrist that can't be fixed!
